4/93-10/01 SENIOR EDITOR-Rocket Pictures, Seattle, Washington. Coordinated and edited projects using Avid Media Composer 9000's w/3D for both offline and high resolution finishing. Projects included advertising, corporate, broadcast, entertainment and others. Supervised and trained other editors as required to maintain high standards. Supervised film transfer, audio sweetening and effect sessions as needed. Operated the digital online finishing suite using digital switcher, edit controller, DVE and character generator. Troubleshoot facility and determined if outside resources were required or provided repairs myself. Principal decision-maker regarding new technology purchases. Involved in ongoing software and hardware testing for Avid Media Composer.
7/91-3/93 AVID/ONLINE EDITOR-Post Edge, Hollywood, Florida. Avid and on-line editor utilizing Avid and 3 on-line D2 suites, for a variety of local, national and international clients. Projects ranged from commercials to long format programs and corporate videos. Served as beta test site for Media Composer software.
2/84-7/91 SENIOR EDITOR-WickerWorks Video Productions, Englewood, Colorado. Avid and on-line editor utilizing Media Composer and 2 on-line suites for commercial, corporate and entertainment programming. Started using Media Composer in November of 1989. Edited feature length movie on Media Composer 1.0.
